Job summary

GXO is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects across GXO sites. This full-time, permanent role operates in a flexible hybrid model with 1–2 days in the Northampton office and UK&I site visits during go-lives.

You will plan, govern and deliver projects to time, cost and quality standards, coordinating internal SMEs and external suppliers. The successful candidate will be commutable from Northamptonshire and engage across the UK&I

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT infrastructure projects.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring governance and stage gate compliance.
• Coordinate SME review and approval of technical designs across LAN, WAN, WLAN, RF, cabling, IP addressing and related components.
• Plan and manage site surveys, readiness assessments, dependencies and delivery preparation.
• Identify, mobilise and coordinate internal SMEs, suppliers and delivery partners to support successful project delivery.
