Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multi-discipline infrastructure and system integration projects. You will manage budgets, schedules and contract requirements while leading the project team to deliver successful outcomes in Singapore.

Responsibilities include interpreting contracts, coordinating resources, and providing regular updates to clients and management. Some travel overseas may be required, with Singaporean-only eligibility for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years project management in infrastructure/system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Technical experience in satellite communications network and equipment preferred.
• Defence sector project delivery experience desirable.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement processes a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel overseas if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and contract compliance.
• Lead and manage the project team.
• Interpret contracts and extract essential information to guide objectives with the project team.
• Identify contractual system requirements and manage deliverable timelines.
• Define project materials and service purchases with cost optimization and risk management.
• Coordinate resources, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers and management.
• Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing.
