Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in Kingston with hybrid working arrangements. You will lead the delivery of complex IT and infrastructure projects, ensuring governance, risk management and alignment with business outcomes.

The role requires strong collaboration across technology teams, stakeholders and suppliers, with visibility of delivery health, incidents and financial position.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver IT infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Experience in structured or regulated environments.
• Strong governance and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage structured delivery of IT and infrastructure projects with clear milestones and governance.
• Maintain RAID logs, risks, issues and decisions; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery workstreams and supplier activity.
• Own incident coordination, post-incident reviews and service improvement actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and service management practices.
