Job summary

You will provide visibility on delivery health, risks, incidents, dependencies and supplier performance, driving actions to completion and supporting continuous improvement in service operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering IT and infrastructure projects.
• Strong governance and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating across technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT service management and incident handling.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of IT and infrastructure projects with clear milestones and governance.
• Own project and service reporting with RAID status and supplier activity.
• Track budgets, forecast costs and manage supplier spend.
• Coordinate live incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Identify and implement improvements to delivery processes.
