Job Description: You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing:

• Deputising for the IT Workshop Manager.
• Escalation point for IT Workshop technicians, stakeholders, and the wider business.
• Stock control and re-ordering.
• Coaching and mentoring your team.
• Driving continual service improvements.
• Developing IT Workshop procedures.
• Providing feedback through performance reviews and appraisals.
• Conducting team meetings, 1-to-1s, and return-to-work interviews.
• Ensuring team targets are met.
• Collaborating with project managers for project delivery.
• Configuring and delivering new store kits on time.
• Maintaining workshop stock levels.

Qualifications: Requirements include:

• Experienced and confident leader.
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and enforcement.
• Ability to manage under pressure.
• Decisive with effective delegation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of stock control and asset management.
