Job summary

National Grid is seeking a Field Hardware Asset Associate Analyst based in Plymouth to support IT hardware asset lifecycle management, data accuracy, and reporting. You will work within the EUC team to drive asset governance and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across IT&D.

The role offers hybrid working and a clear path to develop expertise in enterprise asset management within a major UK infrastructure organisation. A BS7858 screening may be required as part of recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate IT or technology environment preferred.
• Knowledge of IT asset management lifecycle and governance beneficial.
• Experience with data reporting and KPI tracking advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of IT hardware assets and maintain records.
• Produce regular asset stock reports and insights.
• Assist in environmentally responsible disposal following WEEE processes.
• Monitor asset data accuracy and governance compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to support hardware deployments, moves and leavers.
• Generate management information and trend analyses for decisions.
