Job summary

Babcock International Group invites applications for its Information Technology Graduate Programme. The two-year scheme offers placements across UK hubs including Lakeside near Portsmouth, with hybrid working arrangements and rotation through Strategy, Development, PMO, and IT Services.

You will build practical IT experience, work on real projects, and explore areas from data to cybersecurity. Upon completion, you may move into substantive IT roles within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Business or STEM.
• Security clearance (BPSS) and SC may be required for programme eligibility.
• Hybrid working on most placements across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through core IT areas, gaining broad exposure and practical experience across the organisation.
• Contribute to IT projects, dashboards, data apps, and predictive analytics.
• Support governance across the portfolio and collaboration with IT teams.
