Job summary

Babcock is offering a two-year IT Graduate Programme across the United Kingdom, with rotational placements in Strategy and Architecture, Development, Project Management, BRM, Transformation Office, and IT Services. You'll gain practical experience on real projects, involving data, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure, while building dashboards and analytics.

You will receive structured support, mentorship, and masterclasses, with a minimum starting salary of £35,000 and a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Must have achieved, or be on track to achieve, an Honours degree in Business or a STEM-related subject.
• Security clearance considerations: BPSS and SC clearance may be required per GOV.UK guidance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the IT Graduate Programme with structured placements across IT functions.
• Gain exposure to areas such as strategy, development, project management, BRM and IT services.
• Support governance across the portfolio and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
