What is the Programme?

It's a 2-year programme. The IT Graduate role offers experience across our diverse and fast-paced IT function. Working with different teams, you'll develop skills in business analysis, test management, project management, innovation, and customer service. The role provides exposure to a wide range of technologies to deliver business value.

What will you gain?

• Awareness of service management and basic knowledge of IT V3.
• Ability to coordinate small initiatives.

Selection Process

• Online application including a CV – closing date 7th November 2024
• Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and behaviors
• If successful, a virtual first-stage screening call
• An assessment centre with group and individual activities, plus a behavior-based interview, with opportunities to meet managers and explore the airport. Dates to be confirmed for February/March 2025.
