Siemens Energy invites applicants for a UK IT Finance Intern position based near Bournemouth. You will join a global IT Accounting and Controlling team, contributing to month-end activities, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and audit support.

The role focuses on process improvements and learning across financial areas during a year-long placement. You will work from the Bournemouth office on at least Tue/Wed plus other days as required, and relocation to the Bournemouth area is expected to

Qualificações

• Working towards a degree in Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business Management or Business Administration.
• Think logically, enjoy collaborating, and take a creative approach to problem solving with innovative solutions.
• Able to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Financial reporting and month-end activities for the global IT function.
• Prepare journals for SE legal entities and assist in internal control documentation.
• Support management reporting and SAP/vendor data reconciliations.
• Assist in digitalisation and process-improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction.
