Job summary

Ashdown Group is looking for an IT Field Engineer / Support Consultant to support clients across Surrey and South London. The role is based from home with travel to customer sites, offering a salary up to £38,600 inclusive of car allowance.

The successful candidate will provide regular onsite IT support, manage time across multiple client sites, and handle 1st/2nd line desktop support while escalating complex issues to 3rd line teams. A strong foundation in Microsoft technologies is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop support
• Ability to drive to customer sites in the Surrey/London regions
• Good knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including Windows OS and Office 365; Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams; Active Directory and Windows Server; PC hardware setups

An award winning IT service provider is looking for an IT Field Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will manage their time to provide regular onsite IT support to a range of clients and will cover multiple customer sites across Central London, South West London & Surrey.
