Job Description:

As part of a Field Services team, you will support our customers and their end-users by providing general advice and guidance, as well as working on Incidents and Service Requests that cannot be completed remotely by our Service Desk. You will need to work to defined SLAs and assist our Project teams with deployments and other installation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and configure end-user computing devices such as desktops, laptops, and tablets to agreed standards.
• Visit customer sites to complete scheduled activities like installations, desk moves, upgrades, and changes, as well as other planned activities.
• Provide reactive support at customer sites, including support for Network, Server, and Storage equipment—acting as remote-hands for Resolver Groups.
• Offer end-user support for typical Desktop, Office, and other End-user Computing tasks.
• Complete Incidents, Service Requests, and other activities, including proactive checks, basic event triage, and resolving issues within agreed parameters, handing off to other Resolve Groups and third parties when necessary.
• Be assigned to specific customers or groups, acting as a single point of contact, which may involve working at customer sites for extended periods.
• Work from a Zenzero office when not visiting customer sites, providing general support services.
• Ensure Field Services meet all KPIs.
• Keep the Zenzero knowledge base up to date.
• Ensure Field Services achieve SLAs.

Ideal Experience:

• Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP or MSSP).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general business IT systems, including Azure, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Experience using ConnectWise Manage or other ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Autotask.
• Operational understanding of ITIL-aligned environments, including SLAs, Incident Management, Service Request Fulfillment, and Change Management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Strong team working and leadership skills.
