Job Description
Role:
Our Operations team supports hundreds of engineers across various customer sites. During expansion or when additional help is needed, this team is called upon to assist. As a centrally managed team, our field engineers operate independently from specific clients, with support from a dedicated dispatch team and Service Delivery Manager.
You may handle a variety of tickets throughout the day for multiple clients or work longer on specific issues over several days. The diversity of your work week makes the field engineer a vital part of Hemmersbach.
Primarily, you will support deskside, network, software, and print services, assisting teams working with some of the world’s largest clients.
Within a designated support area, we provide all necessary tools, including a company van or car, mobile phone, laptop, oyster card, and tools. The role mainly involves a standard Monday-Friday, 40-hour week, with occasional travel to remote client sites.
