Vanrath in Belfast is seeking an IT Engineer - MSP to join the service delivery team, providing technical support across a varied client base and delivering high-quality service while engaging in infrastructure and cloud projects.

The role combines office-based work with client site visits, offering exposure to Microsoft 365 deployments, server implementations and wider IT improvement initiatives, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• MSP or managed service experience in IT support is desirable.
• Confident troubleshooting across infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Experience configuring networking equipment and firewalls.
• Ability to undertake projects.
• Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related issues in Windows environments.

Job Title: IT Engineer - MSP

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 - open to discussions based on experience

Location: Belfast

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard operational hours, hybrid working arrangements

The Role

As part of the service delivery team, you'll provide technical support across a varied client base, resolving complex issues and delivering a high standard of customer service. Alongside day-to-day support, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of infrastructure and cloud projects, including client onboarding, Microsoft 365 deployments, server implementations and wider IT improvement initiatives. This role offers a mix of office-based work and visits to client sites, providing plenty of variety and exposure to different environments.
