Migration Set-up Refresh Clinic

What We Offer:

• Efficient Device Transfer: Our team will move the required quantity of devices from the onsite storage location to the Refresh Clinic, as instructed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Seamless System Access: We ensure smooth login to any system via provided devices, under the guidance of the contractor's engineer and Site Manager.
• Laptop Refresh: Our specialists will refresh laptops to ensure they are up-to-date and ready for use.
• Device Handover: We collect existing devices from users and hand over new devices in accordance with the migration schedule and project processes.
• Accurate Device Management: We ensure the correct number of devices are handed over and collected, strictly following the migration schedule.
• Workflow Management: Our team updates the Contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Issue Reporting: Any issues arising from migration activities are promptly and accurately reported to the contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Post-Migration Support: Unresolved issues are escalated to an onsite Post Migration Support Engineer for immediate attention.
• Daily Stock Checks: We conduct manual stock checks daily and report findings to the contractor Engineer and Site Manager.
• Proper Device Handling: Collected devices are placed in appropriate packaging and marked for disposal or refurbishment according to the device Designation Rules.
• End-of-Day Organization: At the end of each day, all devices and equipment are moved back to the onsite storage location.

Contract Details:

• £200 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Aberdeen (Plus other locations)
• 12 Months Contract
• Active SC Clearance + British Citizenship
