Job Title: IT Engineer - Field-Based IT Asset Surveys and Repairs

This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with strong IT hardware skills and a full UK driver's license. The role is based around the MK / SG / LU postcode areas.

The primary responsibilities include traveling in the company van to retail shops across Stevenage, Luton, and Milton Keynes to perform on-site assessments and resolve issues related to EPOS systems, business networks, and back-office servers.

Key duties involve taking photographic evidence of issues, compiling detailed reports, and communicating findings to the helpdesk and management team. You will also raise orders for repairs as needed.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with occasional weekend work paid as overtime.

Starting salary is £24,200, including a company van with personal usage. The role offers full-time PAYE employment, pension contributions, paid holidays, and private healthcare.
