Job Title: IT Engineer - Field-Based IT Asset Surveys and Repairs

This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with strong IT hardware skills and a full UK driver's license, ideally residing near the GL/OX postcode area.

The role involves traveling in a company van to various retail locations across Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire to perform on-site assessments and resolve issues related to EPOS systems, business networks, and back-office servers.

Responsibilities include capturing photographic evidence of issues, compiling detailed reports, and communicating findings to the helpdesk and management team. You will also raise orders for repairs as needed.

The position is Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, with occasional weekend work paid as overtime.

Starting salary is £24,200, including a company van with personal usage. The role is full-time PAYE, offering benefits such as pension, paid holidays, and private healthcare.
