Qualifikationen
- 4+ years in IT support/infrastructure.
- Strong Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience working alongside or within an MSP.
- Good networking knowledge across firewalls, switching and Wi-Fi.
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a professional environment.
Aufgaben
- Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line support
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding, devices and access
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online
- Manage laptops, endpoints and IT asset inventory
- Liaise with and escalated issues to the external MSP
- Troubleshoot networking, Wi‑Fi, hardware and meeting-room technology
- Support IT projects and continuous service improvements
- Administer NetSuite, including users, permissions, workflows, reporting and Finance-related support
