IT/Desktop Support Analyst x 2/3 - New (REFBJ23)

A high-profile organization, recognized as a leader in its field, is seeking several IT/Desktop Support Analysts due to ongoing growth. The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Strong experience in IT support
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Punctuality, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills
  • Knowledge of networks and firewalls, with troubleshooting experience
  • Experience in Windows server administration
  • Knowledge of virtualization software and cloud services (Azure/AWS) is highly beneficial

The responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients and ensuring adherence to ticketing processes, keeping clients informed
  • Diagnosing support issues with team assistance
  • Proactively maintaining client networks using support tools
  • Managing new workstation setups and user configurations
  • Participating in technical projects, client meetings, and onsite support
  • Implementing policies and procedures with the team
  • Training and mentoring junior team members
