Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with other areas of the Glencar Construction business to provide exceptional support.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management System standards and performance criteria, including delivering set objectives.
  • Cooperate on health and safety matters, follow training provided, and take reasonable care of personal and others’ health and safety at all times.
  • Perform any other duties consistent with the role of IT Coordinator as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably within an IT or technical environment.
  • An interest in the IT field, with opportunities for advancement within the IT department.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Awareness of and adherence to company policies and health and safety requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Office Management Systems, procedures, and IT-related terminology.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and operations is advantageous.
