The Quality & Compliance Administrator will play a key role in supporting quality and compliance administration across European operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality, this role involves reviewing policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, Maintaining the Integrated Management System, and providing quality and compliance support across the region.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-growing environment. This position will contribute to the development and maintenance of processes, documentation, and audits within our Integrated Management System (IMS). Blackline Safety's system incorporates wearable personal devices, vehicle-mounted equipment, satellite and cellular communication channels, and an advanced web portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the IMS and technical documentation, ensuring proper retention of records
  • Create, update, and review IMS documents in collaboration with process owners
  • Assist in organizing and conducting internal and external IMS audits
  • Support Blackline Safety with a deep understanding of quality and compliance processes
  • Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including issuing amendments
  • Monitor and record non-conformances, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
  • Support the completion of the annual audit program, ensuring full compliance with internal SOPs and industry standards
  • Communicate and implement changes to the Integrated Management System across the organization
  • Track and report on monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Record and analyse customer feedback for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure building compliance for UK and France sites, aligning with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with external contacts to organize regulatory building maintenance and works
  • Monitor and manage the environmental impact of office operations, including waste management and energy usage


Who You Are:

  • Highly motivated, independent, and detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Adaptable to changing priorities in a high-growth environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with an Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and auditing practices
  • Committed to maintaining high standards and inspiring others to meet them
  • A proactive, hands-on team player with a can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in creating and editing process documentation
  • Experience in conducting internal audits and working with external auditors
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
