Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience pratique en gestion des changements IT.
• Expérience dans des environnements sécurisés ou de défense (MOD/NATO) appréciée.
• Capacité à gérer des processus de contrôle des changements et à faire de la documentation des risques.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et mettre en œuvre des demandes de changement IT dans des environnements en direct.
• Coordonner avec des intervenants senior et des propriétaires de processus.
• Analyser les risques, coûts et bénéfices des changements proposés.

IT Change Coordinator - Remote | Up to €70/hr | Outside IR35

Contract Length: 6 Month initial Contract

Location: Fully Remote

Clearance Required: NATO Secret

Rate: Up to €70 per hour (outside IR35)

The Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced IT Change Coordinator to join a high-profile, secure programme within the public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support change management activities in a live service environment-fully remotely and outside IR35.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and implement IT change requests across live environments.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders and process owners.
• Analyse the risk, cost, and benefits of proposed changes.
• Maintain documentation for change control, requirements, and risk management.
• Produce change schedules and status updates for leadership teams.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT change management, from initiation to closure.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4) - Foundation certification is essential.
• Comfortable managing change control processes, stakeholder engagement, and risk documentation.
• Experience in secure or defence environments (MOD/NATO/public sector) highly desirable.

Security Clearance: You must hold NATO Secret clearance or Equivalent (SC Clearance) (or be eligible and willing to obtain it).
