Picture More is seeking an IT Change Analyst in London to join a hybrid role with two days in the London office. You will gain full training and ongoing professional development, working alongside an experienced IT Change and Release Manager to support ITIL-based change processes and improve service stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, Change Management or Project Coordination.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Change, Incident and Problem).
• Experience with IT service management tools, ideally Halo or a similar platform.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud services and IT infrastructure.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to improving IT processes.

Responsabilités

• Support the end-to-end IT change management process, ensuring changes are reviewed, approved and communicated.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, record decisions and track actions.
• Review change requests to identify risks, impacts and dependencies.
• Maintain the change schedule and help teams avoid conflicting technology changes.
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security, Service Delivery and Project teams.
• Support change management processes and workflows using Halo ITSM and other service management tools.
• Monitor change outcomes, produce reports and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Help ensure technology changes follow ITIL practices and security controls.

IT Change Analyst

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office

Are you looking to take the next step in your IT career and move into IT Change Management?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into IT Change Management, with full training, support and upskilling provided to help you develop your knowledge and build a long-term career in this area.

We're particularly interested in candidates with a background in IT Support, Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Service Management or Project Coordination who have a good understanding of IT environments and enjoy working with processes, stakeholders and technology improvements.

You don't need previous experience in a dedicated IT Change Management role. We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, eager to learn and keen to develop their career in a more structured, process-driven IT role.

Working alongside an experienced IT Change and Release Manager, you'll gain exposure to a broad technology environment while helping to maintain service stability, minimise risk and support continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?
