If so, we have an exciting opportunity for Category Managers in Group IT Procurement at Aviva!
A bit about the job:
In this role, applying commercial strategies, supplier relationship management, and category management will be key to maximising value through cost savings and optimising the supply chain. Negotiating renewals and managing new sourcing activities, will be essential along with risk management. Combining market intelligence with an understanding of current supplier arrangements and business needs allows for the creation of effective sourcing strategies. Close collaboration with business teams will be necessary to develop contracts and manage supplier relationships that align with operational goals, ensuring sustained value and performance. Additionally, contributing to the department’s overall efficiency by embracing innovation, supporting our growth and sustainability agenda, and driving continuous improvements in procurement practices is expected.
