Job summary

Quest Search and Selection is seeking an Information Technology Business Partner to act as the strategic interface between IT and the business. You will translate business requirements into IT solutions, from scoping changes to successful delivery.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, PM discipline, and collaboration with internal teams and 3rd party partners. Hybrid working is offered with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement is desirable.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Experience with third-party tech partners is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the IT/business interface.
• Translate business requirements into value-driven IT initiatives.
• Lead IT change initiatives and manage delivery, risks and adoption.
• Monitor delivery and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Commercial and HR as needed.
