Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Business Partner.
• Strong ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Experience delivering IT projects and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to define business requirements.
• Produce clear requirements, functional specs, process maps, and user stories.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Manage IT and business change projects through full lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and third parties to deliver solutions.
• Support system configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Produce project documentation, status reports, test plans, and user guides.
