Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to support a large transformation programme, acting as the face of IT within the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project scope and ensuring consistent application of change control processes.
• Overseeing project budgets to promote effective cost management and resource utilization.
• Engaging with and influencing board members and senior stakeholders to secure alignment and support for project initiatives.
• Maintaining and monitoring the project resource plan to ensure the right personnel are allocated according to delivery schedules.
• Ensuring platform and service delivery meet specified requirements and that transitions to business-as-usual are completed per acceptance criteria and plans.
• Providing accurate, insightful, and timely project reporting.
• Proactively initiating corrective actions and management interventions when issues are identified within the project lifecycle.
• Having experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Experience with governance and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Dynamics365 CRM / D365.
• Experience working on migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 IT Security Risk Management.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (flexible work from home options available)
