Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 - Home working - Contract

Reputable within their sector, my client continues to build upon their excellent market position and is currently undergoing an exciting period of Business Change and IT Transformation.

We are seeking to recruit a contract Business Analyst to act as a crucial bridge between key business stakeholders, third-party providers, and technical teams to deliver a new Dynamics 365 (D365) Solution.

The successful candidate will define and document business processes, identify suitable solutions, and contribute as part of an established project team.

Typical responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting AS-IS and TO-BE process evaluations
  2. Analyzing requirements and understanding stakeholder needs
  3. Developing process flows and User Stories
  4. Documenting findings and communicating with stakeholders and third parties
  5. Collaborating with business and IT teams to deliver technical solutions
  6. Creating Business Cases and Benefits Analyses for stakeholders
  7. Developing use cases, User Stories, and activity diagrams
  8. Creating prototypes and proofs of concept
  9. Gathering and understanding feedback
  10. Refining prototypes into working solutions
