Job summary

WPS is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions across workforce management, scheduling, systems integration and digital transformation.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, technical teams and suppliers to deliver improvements in efficiency and customer experience, enabling long-term growth in property services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT and business change projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs and user stories.
• Experience with systems integration, APIs, data flows and cloud/SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand problems, objectives and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map business processes, systems, integrations and data flows for solution design.
• Define API, interface, reporting, data migration and integration requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and build strong cross-team relationships.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT, implementation and transition to service.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external suppliers to deliver technology solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices.
