Job summary

Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join its IT Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to identify requirements, map processes and deliver technology-enabled business value.

This role is remote-based within the UK with occasional travel to Newcastle for monthly office visits. The ideal candidate has strong Agile/Scrum experience, proficient in Visio, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and user stories.
• Process mapping and business process improvement.

We're recruiting an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a growing IT Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll play a key role in delivering business and technology initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, project teams and third-party suppliers to identify requirements, improve processes and deliver solutions that create real business value.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven Business Analyst experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including user stories and workshops
• Process mapping and business process improvement expertise
