Job description

Top tier law firm with an established legal heritage in the UK is currently seeking a new IT Business Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will report to the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems and will bridge the gap between legal, business support, and IT professionals.

Key Details:

• Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
• Location: Office based – shift pattern with rota covering 8am – 7pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with service, system, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements.
2. Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
3. Develop detailed business cases specifying requirements and functional specifications for IT projects.
4. Work with IT team members and vendors to design and implement technology solutions.
5. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
