Yorkshire Water is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Technology team in Leeds on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on gathering requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and aligning it with business goals to enable transformational change.

37 hours, permanent, with a clear progression path. You will work across multiple initiatives, translating needs into actionable requirements, producing IT specifications, and supporting testing activities to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

This role will be based in Leeds Valley Park - Hybrid Working (3 days in office a week - Leeds)

The Technology function are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. We're looking for a curious and driven Business Analyst to support transformational change across the Yorkshire Water portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and operating models, with the ability to identify opportunities for sustainable change.
