Qualifikationen

• Educated to degree level with appropriate post-graduate to Masters or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation level qualified.
• ITIL Managing Professional level qualified or obtain qualification within 6 months.

• Accountable for the operational delivery of IT Asset Management Services, ensuring service levels and compliance.
• Own the IT Asset Management Processes.
• Govern the Digital and Data IT Asset Management central system, inventory and software library.
• Oversee due diligence of changes to keep assets safe and trackable.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT Asset Management processes.
• Coordinate communication of asset changes to stakeholders and Trust users.
• Manage end-to-end Asset Lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.
