Responsibilities

• Learn to provide first-line IT support to staff.
• Set up and maintain laptops, tablets and classroom devices.
• Support staff with everyday IT problems and queries.
• Visit and learn from other schools to see IT in action.
• Develop an understanding of cyber security and online safety.
• Escalate complex issues to experienced technicians when needed.
