Framatome UK is seeking an IT Apprentice in Avonmouth to learn foundational IT skills, support daily activities, and grow within a structured apprenticeship program with mentorship from experienced professionals. The role combines IT basics with business communication and data analysis.

You will participate in on-the-job training, formal courses, and projects across IT systems and data processes, enabling progression within Framatome’s UK technology teams.

Qualifications

• Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Interest in IT concepts and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for issues and outages.
• Assist with system administration tasks and software installations.
• Support data entry, cleansing and basic report generation.
• Help maintain IT documentation and user guides.
