Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking an IT Applications Lead to deploy and configure procurement and commercial toolsets, notably SAP Ariba and CLM solutions. The role focuses on supporting implementation, integration, and lifecycle management across on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments while engaging multiple suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with supplier collaboration and CLM toolsets.
• Experience implementing end-to-end integration architectures.
• Strong data migration principles and data quality controls.
• Familiarity with software deployment lifecycle and configuration management.
• Knowledge of secure information classification and its impact on design.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, upgrade and integration across SAP Ariba, Azure and related platforms.
• Validate technical components, APIs, data flows and middleware integrations.
• Contribute to test planning and environment readiness.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, defects and issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal experts to confirm feasibility and integrity.
• Support technical planning, estimation and continuous improvement.
• Produce high-quality technical specs, integration docs and build guides.
• Assess impacts of changes and ensure safe implementation across environments.
• Build strong relationships with programme stakeholders.
