Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, invites you to a 12-month IT placement starting July 2027. You will support business applications, system integrations and digital solutions within a global organisation, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

You will tackle real business challenges, combining technical problem-solving with stakeholder engagement and Agile delivery. Exposure to SAP, reporting tools and data workflows awaits in a world‑class automotive setting.

Qualifications

• Studying IT-related degree with 2:1 or above required.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills expected.
• Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated approach desired.

Responsibilities

• Support incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Assist with application support and systems integration activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, automations and digital tools.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment and support.
• Work with data, APIs and enterprise systems including SAP.
• Gather requirements and contribute to Agile projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

What should you bring along?

• Studying towards an IT-related degree and on track for a 2:1 or above.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
• Interest in technology, business systems, and digital innovation.

Desirable but not essential:

• SAP knowledge.
• Software development or scripting experience.
• Power BI, data analytics, or database knowledge.
• Understanding of Agile and/or ITIL methodologies.
