• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and improve processes with technology solutions.
• Support design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancement of business applications and reports.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives using Power Platform and AI tools.
• Gather and translate business requirements into solution designs and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and technical standards.
