Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (CS/IT/Software Eng).
• Experience in IT support or applications-focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solv­ing skills.
• Interest in software development, business systems, digital technologies, data analysis, automation, or process improvement.
• Understanding of business applications, databases, systems integration, software testing, or programming concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with users, technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and technology support for business-critical systems across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering and Plant Operations.
• Learn and develop expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, CMES, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Investigate and resolve application, data, integration and system issues using structured problem-solving with senior team guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience.
• Support design, development, testing, deployment and continuous enhancement of business applications and reports.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives using Power Platform and AI tools.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, including processes and technical standards.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with local/global IT teams, vendors and project teams to support initiatives.
