Job summary

BH Live is seeking an IT Analyst/Engineer to join the IT team at Bournemouth International Centre. The role covers on-site, central and remote IT support across BH Live venues, including travel to other BH Live sites as required.

The successful candidate will provide 2nd/3rd line support, diagnose and resolve complex tickets, and help maintain IT infrastructure and services across Windows Server, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications

2nd and 3rd tier IT support experience.
Configuration and support of Windows Server and Windows 11.
Experience managing Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)

Responsibilities

Respond to urgent IT issues, provide workarounds, and escalate when needed.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for escalated issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex faults.
Support end users with technical guidance on IT solutions.
Maintain IT infrastructure onsite, remotely and centrally (hardware, software, networks, servers, endpoints).
Handle testing, installation, configuration and upgrades of systems and patches.
