Costello Medical is seeking an IT Administrator for a pivotal role within their Technical Operations team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will manage user administration, system maintenance, and IT project delivery, all while ensuring high-quality service and collaboration across the team. In recent years, our in-house Technical Operations (TechOps) team has been investing heavily in enhancing company-wide technology infrastructure and building a community of dedicated IT professionals who exceed traditional IT standards. As part of this growth, we are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Administrator to deliver first-class systems administration, process optimisation, hardware processing, and skill-sharing, all whilst maintaining the personal touch that our colleagues have come to know and love.

Our recruitment process then begins with a telephone interview conducted by a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
