Job: Account Manager - IT Services - MSP
Location: Cambridge - Hybrid working available
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

New opportunity for an Account Manager with a background supporting IT Service Providers (MSP) or for an experienced IT Professional looking to make a move into a more customer-focused role. This role will be focused on managing a portfolio of existing customers and identifying opportunities to improve their support.

Main duties of the role:

  1. Managing Portfolio of existing customers
  2. Tracking and reporting on Licensing and Subscription contracts
  3. Identifying shortfalls or weaknesses in existing model
  4. Assisting with Cross Sell / Up sell opportunities
  5. Ensuring Customer Success and Satisfaction

Experience required:
  1. 3+ years in an IT Services / MSP environment, either in a customer-facing technical role, or in an Account Management role.
