Qualifications

• Experience with issuer services transactions advantageous.
• Understanding of transaction documentation and deal execution.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage client transactions from documentation through execution.
• Act as focal point for post-closure activities.
• Ensure proper setup of cash and custody accounts.
• Coordinate with operations on new transactions.
• Support revenue generation through accurate invoicing.
