Job summary

Citi Belfast is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive execution and management of client transactions within Issuer Services. You will handle documentation, approvals, and post‑closure activities, coordinating with Operations and Sales as needed.

The role offers hybrid working (up to 2 days at home per week), a competitive base salary, and a range of benefits. You will build strong client relationships and support revenue through accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience with transaction documentation and deal execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and timelines.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Solid administrative and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage client transactions through documentation and execution.
• Portfolio management for a set of transactions post-closure.
• Ensure setup and maintenance of transactions, including accounts.
• Obtain approvals before deal closure (KYC, sanctions, reviews).
• Coordinate with Operations on new transactions.
• Participate in Deal Review meetings.
• Build client relationships and support Sales on new business.
• Ensure revenue via accurate invoicing.
• Support Team Lead on ad hoc projects.
