Job summary

Thales seeks a Sales Manager (Capture / Campaign Lead) for ISR in the UK with a strong background in electronic warfare and end-to-end deal leadership. The role requires coordinating pre-sales with KAMs and Business Development to win high-value export contracts.

You will drive international sales strategy, engage with senior stakeholders, set the price to win, oversee bid governance up to the BL in France, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electronic Warfare and defense markets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategy.
• Strong communication skills with senior external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells a dedicated portfolio; takes orders through pre-sales with KAMs/BD to finalise deals.
• Defines the international sales strategy for a project or account with SAM/KAM.
• Ensures customer satisfaction in collaboration with KAM and relevant teams.
