Job summary

Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd in Rochdale seeks a Quality Manager to lead the ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management System within a precision engineering and manufacturing environment. You will drive quality performance, supplier assurance and regulatory compliance, ensuring products meet customer and industry standards.

Qualifications

Experience as a Quality Manager in engineering or manufacturing.
Strong QMS and ISO 9001 auditing experience.
Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead and continually improve the ISO 9001:2015 QMS across the site.
Oversee quality across manufacturing, inspection, testing, supplier quality and customer complaints.
Develop and support the Quality team, collaborating with Engineering, Operations and Purchasing.
Manage supplier quality activities including audits and supplier approvals.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, PFMEA, MSA and data-driven methods.
