Job summary

WSP, a leading engineering and professional services firm, invites applications for an Information Management role within its Earth & Environment discipline. You will oversee ISO 19650 aligned information management, ensuring robust data governance and project information flow across UK projects.

You’ll collaborate with project teams and digital leads to embed standards, support delivery, and drive quality across major infrastructure and environmental schemes in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience within BIM environments and supporting Project Information Management activities.
• Clear and confident communication skills, in person and digital channels.
• Collaborative approach with willingness to learn and contribute to solutions.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within a project or PMO environment, ideally across multidisciplinary teams.
• Working knowledge of CDEs.
• Understanding ISO 19650 standards and information management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support information management processes in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Maintain and support effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Contribute to BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation.
• Coordinate information exchange requirements across project teams and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of information management standards with BIM Managers / Digital Leads.
• Apply security-minded approach to data and governance requirements.
• Provide guidance on information management systems and processes.
• Support quality assurance to ensure standards compliance.
• Review, control, and distribute project information including drawings and models per ISO naming conventions.
