Job summary

Tembo is seeking an experienced ISA Transfers Team Lead to oversee end-to-end transfers for Cash ISAs and Lifetime ISAs, ensuring accuracy, compliance and an excellent customer experience.

You will act as the subject matter expert, guiding the team through complex transfers, exceptions, and regulatory queries while driving performance improvements and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-growing savings fintech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ hands-on ISA transfers experience in regulated financial services, savings or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of HMRC ISA rules, transfer requirements and timeframes.
• Strong grasp of Cash ISA vs Lifetime ISA rules, limits and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ISA Transfers team across end-to-end transfer journeys for Cash ISAs and Lifetime ISAs.
• Ensure transfers are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Act as subject matter expert for ISA transfers, resolving complex transfers and regulatory queries.
• Own team performance on quality, productivity, and customer outcomes, driving improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external ISA providers to resolve issues and optimise transfer processes.
