Job summary

Rose & Young Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Ireland & Northern Ireland. This field-based role reports to the Area Manager and covers a territory-based position with travel and customer-facing responsibilities.

The role focuses on promoting machinery and solutions, maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring accurate sales administration using the CRM system. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a field-based sales or business development role.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the Company's machinery, products and services within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
• Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, customer visits and market research.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiating terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to order placement and handover.
