Job summary

Inspired Access Solutions, part of British Engineering Services Group, seeks an IRATA Level 3 Supervisor to lead rope access teams and ensure safe, efficient project delivery across the UK. You will supervise site operations, mentor colleagues and maintain high professional standards while supporting nationwide client work.

You will also manage site documentation, coordinate access methods dynamically, and travel across the UK, with accommodation as needed, contributing to continual improvement

Qualifications

• IRATA Level 3 certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Adequate rope hours and varied experience across rope access scenarios.
• PTS (Railway projects only).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Medically fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead rope access teams across projects, ensuring safety and high standards.
• Supervise site operations, mentor others and deliver excellent service.
• Care for site equipment and report defects promptly.
• Determine best access methods for each site on a dynamic basis.
• Compile and submit accurate site documentation.
• Work flexibly across the UK, including periods away from home.
• Support quality, safety and environmental objectives and drive continuous improvement.
